Good Morning!
Happy Wednesday!
It’s been an great week. Closings, new clients coming in, fantastic weather - I cannot complain. I had the incredible opportunity of touring a $45 Million Dollar apartment this week, and I’m taking you all with me. Let’s get into it.
Rising 792 feet, 111 Murray is an architectural masterpiece sitting near the water in Tribeca.
Built on a site that St. John’s University (shoutout my alma mater) once occupied, the building was completed in 2018. Comprised of 156 units, the building feels uniquely boutique.
Perched atop the building is a full-floor, 7,500 sq ft, masterpiece. Immediately off the elevator, the future resident is greeted by one of the most spectacular vistas I’ve ever encountered in a home. With views of Midtown Manhattan, both rivers, Long Island City, Downtown Brooklyn, and a peek of Central Park all from the living room, jaw-dropping is an understatement.
If the views from the elevator aren’t enough to satiate you, how about waking up every day to views of the World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and NY Harbor?

Included in the primary suite is not only two bathrooms (iconic) but also a sickening dressing area that is perfect for every person who needs a larger-than-life than life closet. Zoë and I clearly lived for every moment in the space!
My work-from-home warriors, this office is for YOU. It was jaw-dropping. Enormous rounded windows, views from every angle, and the most perfect light created the perfect atmosphere.
Let’s talk outdoor space. Often, super-talls don’t offer residents much, if any, outdoor space in the home. This unit couldn’t be more opposite. Two enormous terraces were the perfect complement to such a stunning home. I had a proper sit on the north-facing terrace for quite some time, and to be honest, I haven’t felt peace like that in quite some time.
My opinion? This apartment is incredible from top to bottom. At $45 Million, this isn’t an everyday apartment and is for a specific buyer, but even if you can’t afford it, it’s still gorgeous to look at!
Right up the street is Locanda Verde. With a $45 Million Dollar apartment must come a high-end Italian restaurant for the intimate Sunday night, or sexy Thursday night. I’m not a fan of ordering ravioli (bc you always get appx 5), but they stood out at LV. Not only were they delicious, and while you did receive the expected low number, ordering multiple dishes family-style to get a taste of the menu is the way to go.

This week’s color swatch is Behr’s Forest Path. It’s a gorgeous green incorporating a nice grey undertone that gives the color some texture and depth. I loved seeing it on the outside of a house because it compliments well with so many different aspects of the setting.
Thank you so much for the support with Finding Space week after week. I am so incredibly happy to see how this community has grown and continues to grow week after week. Next week we’re celebrating 1 year which is ~crazy~, but I couldn’t be more excited!
