Good Afternoon!
Happy Wednesday!
I hope you all had an incredible New Year’s celebration! With the arrival of 2024 comes many plans for what’s to come. This week, I’ll highlight a new building gearing up to re-shape the face of New York, a restaurant worth heading to before reservations can’t be made, and of course, the color I will select as my paint swatch of the year!
64 University Place is a welcome addition to Greenwich Village. Bustling with life and activity, University Place is a hub for the community while charmingly tucked away downtown.
The homes in 64 University are understated and clean with gorgeous, oversized, arched windows allowing a seamless blend of home and the outdoors.
The project has been marketed only in a whisper campaign, a sharp turn away from the typical over-exposure of properties. The quieter marketing approach is one I tend to see as valuable given society’s insatiable need for something no one else has.
The amenities in the building are boutique and tailored to the discerning buyers who will be calling the building home. Tailored to residents’ needs, every facet of the building provides a benefit to homeowners - furthering the community feeling the project is creating.
Right around the corner off University and 12th is Villanelle. A “New American” (jury is still out on that meaning) restaurant, Villanelle is Danish in interior styling and boasts a seasonal menu with fare from more traditional dishes to plates like New Zealand Red Deer loin.
The color swatch of the week has become something many of you mention when you talk about Finding Space. I live for that. To kick off 2024, I wanted to choose a color I saw as important. Natures Gift is a muted green/grey combo that brings color into your space while allowing the room (no pun intended) to continue to play with color and texture in other pieces.
As I mentioned last week, there is much to come with Finding Space in 2024. I am incredibly excited to share all I have coming, and what the team is working on!
Chat soon.
