Good Morning! Happy Wednesday! We’re in our first full week of the year and it is already off to an incredible start. I’m seeing action in the market we haven’t seen in months with buyers capturing deals at well under a healthy market’s value. I want to highlight the VERY FIRST building I’ve written about for Finding Space as there have been major updates. Let’s get into it.
I love the color! The name is so funny to me.. cracked pepper makes me think there would be speckles of sort- but I suppose the different hues that pop through when dry v wet are capturing that in a unique way.
